We also collect usage data automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and interaction patterns. For clients, we collect body metrics, progress photos, and workout data as entered by the user or their trainer.
2. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how users interact with our marketing site. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes on the marketing site.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and implement access controls to protect your data. Payment information is not stored on our servers. We implement HMAC-SHA256 session management for secure authentication.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your data; (d) export your data in a portable format; (e) object to processing of your data; (f) withdraw consent at any time. We use the following third-party services: Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage; Google Analytics for website analytics; WhatsApp Business for customer communication. Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their use of your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. After account deletion, we retain anonymized analytics data but delete all personally identifiable information within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will delete it promptly.
