1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GymSaaS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including gym owners, private trainers, clients, and visitors.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not: (a) use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers; (d) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; (e) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications; (f) impersonate any person or entity.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GymSaaS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GymSaaS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting our support team.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
