Refund Overview
At GymSaaS, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a straightforward refund policy to ensure you feel confident in your purchase.
20-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 20 days of your subscription payment. No questions asked. This gives you ample time beyond the free trial to evaluate whether GymSaaS is right for your business.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through any of the following methods:
- Email our support team through the contact page
- Send us a message on WhatsApp
- Include your account email and the reason for your refund (optional)
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Exceptions
Enterprise plans with custom contracts may have different refund terms as specified in the individual agreement. The 20-day window starts from the date of each payment, not the account creation date.
After a Refund
Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the free trial status. Your data will be retained for 30 days in case you decide to re-subscribe. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
